- Added a new section for bolt fatigue analysis in the report. This evaluates the fatigue safety of bolted joints subjected to alternating loads, according to VDI 2230-1, section 5.5.3. Fatigue analysis is essential when a bolted connection experiences load fluctuations during service, such as in mechanical assemblies, structural connections, or rotating equipment.
